Old Florida Charm, in a newly renovated and comfortably appointed cottage, steps from Manasota Beach, and Lemon Bay.

It is only a short walk to the the glorious Manasota Beach, where you can watch beautiful sunsets, stroll the beach looking for fossilized sharks teath, shells and other treasures.

If you enjoy fishing, you can park your boat and trailer in the extra driveway on the property, and enjoy the public boat launch on Lemon Bay, less then 1/2 a mile away. Lemon bay has easy access to the gulf, where you can enjoy a variety of fishing opportunities.

The cottage has everything you need in its newly renovated kitchen. Enjoy the comfortable living room, and spacious screened in Lanai. Also the games room includes a games table, where you can play pool, or pingpong. The secluded back deck is private and comfortable.

Sleeping arrangements have a master bedroom with King Bed, and 2 bedrooms with queen sized beds, and have roll out singles underneath. There is a spare room with 2 single beds as well allowing you to sleep 10 comfortably.

Bicycles are available as well as extra beach chairs in the shed.

Within a few minutes drive you will find numerous restaurants, groceries and shopping.

You can choose going to excellent restaurants in Venice, or Englewood both only a short drive away.

Wirless internet is also available.

I am not at the home, access is via keycode which I will send to you the day before your trip. I am available 24/7 by cell phone. I have a property manager as a backup that is local. I also have my cleaning lady available should you require someone to be onsite.

Why can't I call Peter (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Peter (the owner) a message.

If Peter (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
