Here we present our brand new latest stunning state of the art Modern Luxurious Villa with Parking, Front and Back Garden - Our Riverside Villas. Riverside 3 is a Brand New Build and is for your private use, for your group only. We can accommodate a group of up to 16 Adults.

The Villa has a Stunning Modern Brand New and Fully Equipped Kitchen, Dining Room & Lounge. Riverside 3 has 7 Bedrooms including the lounge that converts in to a Bedroom. It has 5 bathrooms and 2 separate WC's. This includes an indoor 12 Jet Whirlpool Spa Bath and an outdoor "top of the range hot tub"

The use of our Deluxe Hot Tub is available upon request only with at least 72 hours notice and will incur a setup charge.

We are located a 10 minute to Salford Sport Centre which has a super Gym Playing Fields and Olympic Size Swimming Pool and Sauna, Note Riverside 1 and 2 (3 Bedrooms plus Lounge and Stunning Kitchen/Dining Area) appear on other places on Trip Advisor.

This Villa has a stunning Roof Terrace Balcony with beautiful views of the River and the City.

Riverside is on the one side less then a mile from the City Centre and a short walk to Manchester Science & Technology Museum, or Coronation Street The Tour (Granada Studios), John Dalton St Deansgate, Adelphi is just over the Bridge and there is lots of shopping in that vicinity. On the other side just a walk through Peel Park going on the footbridge over the River and you are there in Salford University. In front of the development is Meadow Park. The River meanders around both sides of the development giving the effect you are on an island with pleasant country walks n both sides.

We are close to City Centre. We provide the best in accommodation that you will find in the City everything is brand new. We are about half a mile from Adelphi and Chapel Street and 1.8 miles from Victoria Station and surrounded by parks and great views of the City.

We supply Bed Linen, Towels and Toiletries. Real Comfy Beds and delightful furnishing. We offer the finest product; all we ask is to respect our neighbors. Being in a new prestigious neighborhood they request that no noise/partying whatsoever on premises or street gathering after 10:30pm. They told us if this happens again they will closes us down. Therefore, it is a major aspect for us to respect our neighbors request.

Being in a new prestigious neighbourhood we offer accommodation use ONLY with no partying on premises, no noise or street gathering after 10:30 pm.

We are very much frequented with groups but in this location the actual party would have to be off premises.

Alcohol on premises is permitted but we do ask you to be considerate with the amount consumed as we are very keen to keep the noise level down.

How do damage deposits work?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ben (the owner) a message.

If Ben (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
