House For Rent With Panoramic View in Mancora Beach

A beach house at Mancora in a simple and special place to rest and get relaxed while watching whales, dolphins and seabirds. The natural property and private ambiance make it easier to appreciate the panoramic view. The beautiful ocean view and the desertic foliage mixed with palms make it a gorgeous place for people from many contries to take a walk around. You can travel to Mancora any time of the year to get a summer vacation.

The house is placed in Las Pocitas Beach, Mancora, 10 minutes by car from Mancora town, 30 - 40 minutes walking, second row, 100m from the beach and in a high point of the Northern Peru in South America, where the Pacific Ocean and its strong waves, turns these sounds into a lovely echo to sleep at night.

A rustic beach house with beautiful feeling near the palms, trees and the ocean view. By the side, the access to the beach is placed in front the property, so in a few minutes you would be walking by the shore, playing at the beach. If you are looking for a calm place to rest, to be creative and work on it, this place would be good for you.

Do not allow unregistered persons. Make correct use of house, surroundings. Water is scarce and it may end for everyone. see faucets and bathrooms when leaving. If you turn on the kitchen stay there... may cause fire. The second level bedroom will be used only since 3 people stay at the house. If you break something, just replace it. Well treat to all and respectful behavior; Otherwise , the house reserves the right to cancel the stay.

Nice appartement next to the beach

We stay at the flat 10 days, everything was perfect, the beach is in front of the flat, Mancora is at 10min with moto taxi. Giovanna is very welcoming and helping, highly recommended.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Giovanna (the owner) a message.

If Giovanna (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
