The condo is just 20 to 30 minutes travel to key locations in Manila like the airport (Ninoy Aquino International Airport), big shopping malls (Greenbelt, Glorietta, SM Megamall, Robinsons Pioneer, Rockwell), CBD areas (Makati and Ortigas)

SM Light Mall (2 levels) below SM Light Residences is now open. You don't have to go far to enjoy a nice movie, do your grocery, eat, and relax!

THE UNIT

The Living area has a huge life size mirror and an elegant L shaped sofa facing our 50 inches Flat Screen LED TV, DVD player, cable box, carpeted area and beautiful decors.

The Dining area has a life size mirror and round shaped dining table with very elegant dining chairs, big wine cellar with wine and cocktail glass (wines not included) and shoe cabinet below.

Both Living and Dining area has a switch on surround LED lights that makes the whole unit even brighter.

The Master Bedroom has a double sized bed which best suits two person with elegant wall design, a 32 inches TV and an access to the balcony. The other room has a single size bed with pull out bed ideally for two person as well. Both the bedrooms has an air conditioned system, fresh linens, pillows, built in closet, clothes hanger and side table.

The Bathroom has a hotel type hot and cold rain type shower, flush button

toilet bowl with bidet on the side, water heater, mirror and washing machine for those who want to have their laundry done.

Lastly, the Kitchen has all the things you needed from 2 door refrigerator, digital microwave oven, electric kettle, oven toaster, electric 4 burner stove, rice cooker complete set of dining and pots for cooking.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to all the 5 star amenities 2 large swimming pool with sunbathing cabanas and chairs, 2 kiddie pools 2 kids playground, nice open space/ landscaped gardens, jogging paths, concierge, guest lobby, 24/7 security with CCTV.

Other Things to note;

We provide service if you needed to pick you up from airport and to tour you around city with extra charges accordingly.

TENANT AGREES on HOUSE RULES:

*Check-in is between 2pm-8pm unless otherwise arranged. Please advise if check-in will be later than 8pm.

*Standard Check-out will be 12nn. Extended check-out cam be considered if there is no overlapping of guests arrival.

*The unit ideally accommodates 4person; a charge of 350PHP per night applies for extra person after the 3rd person. Children above 10years old are considered 1 adult.

*Security Deposit (for loss and damage of property) needs to be paid before arrival minimum amount of 5,000 PHP to 12,000 PHP depends on number of days you are staying.

*400 PHP per night is chargeable to extra person staying after the 3rd person.

*Screen shot or Copy Passport and another ID is needed for building check-in. Email to the host 3 days (or earlier) before check-in arrival.

*The host or the representative will go throughout with you all the items in the condo (list will be provided) and will also give you the keys.

*The condo is brand-new and no one has ever smoked inside. I would appreciate if you can help me keep it that way. No Smoking please.

*No Pets allowed.

*Please turn off AC and lights when not in used and before leaving the unit

*All utilities like electricity, water, wifi and monthly dues is inclusive in the rate but electricity is capped to 130kwph per week otherwise if you consume more than that you are charged 10PHP per kwh per excess. Most of our guests don't exceeds the limit. All excess will be paid upon checkout.(this applies for guests stays 1 week to 1month) Please take note that we are not making money out of these all charges is paid to electrical company.

*Visitors are allowed with the approval of the owner (parties with loud noise is NOT) but only registered person are allowed to sleep in the unit unless otherwise stated and approved by the host.

*Please respect the neighbor’s. Refrain from loud noise and No partying inside the unit.

*Please always lock the unit for security reason.

*Only light cooking please, no greasy and heavy cooking.

*Everything inside the unit (furniture and appliances) are brand new so we request be used with reasonable care.

*Daily housekeeping/maid service is not included in the rental rate.

*The guest is responsible to the cleanliness of the unit, personal laundry (washing machine provided), cutlery, utensils; cooking pots should be washed and kept clean after used.

*Before check-out, the unit needs to be check by the host or representative; all damages caused by the guests shall be deducted from the Security Deposit.

*Please treat the unit as if it is your own.

The location of this apartment is good as the SM Light Mall is just downstairs. The pools are good and you can only sunbathe until 1:30pm there is no more sun in the pool after this time, though it�… More

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sharon (the owner) a message.

If Sharon (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
