BLUE BAY STAY IS A COMFORTABLE, WELL POSITIONED BEACH FRONT LOCATION WITH ELEVATED UNINTERRUPTED OCEAN VIEWS.

It is perfectly located in between Blue Bay and Doddi's Beach in old Halls Head, The beach has easy access and is just across to road, It is beautiful for a surf or swim.

A very relaxing, cosy home with lots of space and beautiful views of the ocean from many and aspects of the house.

Perfect for a family holiday or friends catching up.

The house has recently been renovated with a new kitchen, laundry, bathroom and extended balcony upstairs that boasts uninterrupted elevated views of 180 degrees. The front of the house has been rendered, a carport added and the front porch has been extended. We have added some lovely grass which is a perfect area for the kids to play. There is a new front limestone fence that offers safety for the kids.

The front of the house also offers a perfect outdoor area with table and chairs also boasting an uninterrupted view of the ocean. You can sit and watch the ocean and sunset from upstairs on the balcony or downstairs out the front.

Approximately 55 minutes to Cottesloe/Mosman Park and a 45 minute commute by rail to Perth City Station if a visit to the office is necessary.

Walking distance to the Dome Café for your morning coffee, we suggest walking along the beach. With the beach at your doorstep offering fantastic bays for swimming, fishing, snorkelling, boating, surfing, boogie boarding, BBQ's, walking and watching the beautiful sunsets.

If you fancy a game of golf the Mandurah Golf Course if just a 5 minute drive away.

Cafes, restaurants, parks, playgrounds and the Mandurah foreshore are within walking and cycling distances. If you are looking for something for the kids there is a skate park, water park with a pontoon to swim out to with slides running down into the water a lot of fun for the kids. For the younger kids Doddi's beach is a nice, safe, sheltered beach just a short stroll away with a children's playground. Bringing a boat, the ramp is around the corner with easy access to the Ocean and the Estuary

Mandurah has so much to offer with plenty of activities all throughout the year.

Beautiful absolute beach front views from downstairs and upstairs. Just a few metres from the beach with easy access. Watch the sunset and waves from the balcony or from the main bedrooms. Great for a relaxing holidays with family and friends!

Lounge room with reverse cycle air conditioning TV/DVD Player and comfortable brand new leather lounges.

Next to the lounge room there is a games/reading lounge area with plenty of books, DVD's and games to choose from.

A brand new large kitchen and dinning to seat 10 people with uninterrupted ocean views to enjoy your breakfast, dinner or sit and relax and read the paper. The Kitchen is fully equipped with a new induction cook top and oven, dishwasher/microwave and a full range of utensils and pots and pans.

There is a brand new laundry off the kitchen with a washing machine, dryer and a toilet.

With the extended outdoor pavement and grass area at the front of the house it is perfect for entertaining.

There is plenty of parking with room for a boat and a jet-ski.

- UPSTAIRS -

We have recently extended our balcony upstairs and have added new balustrade. Both master bedrooms have access. Perfect for entertaining, breakfast or afternoon drinks watching the sunset.

4 Bedrooms (sleeps 10 people),

Bedroom 1 has a queen bed with en-suite bathroom, walk in robe, TV, ocean views and access to a large balcony.

Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, wardrobe, ocean views and access to a large balcony.

Bedrooms 3 has 2 bunk beds with a robe.

Bedroom 4 has one bunk bed with a robe.

We have also added a brand new bathroom with a bath/shower and toilet.

This is a perfect home for families, two families holidaying together, extended families and friends as a getaway. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy the beach side holiday experience.

PERFECT FOR A COUPLE OF FAMILIES TO SHARE THE COST AND TO GET AWAY FOR AN ABSOLUTE BEACH FRONT HOLIDAY

Tea and Coffee is provided.

Linen and doona's are provided.

Bath Towels are provided for a nominal charge per person if required.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Simone (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
