It doesn’t get better than this. This large waterside house (not apartment/villa/unit) is right on the canals and boasts an enormous 40m of canal frontage which is very rare to come by in Mandurah. Not only that but what also makes this house unique is the Exclusive Private Boat Ramp which is located adjacent to the property for you to launch and retrieve your vessel. You can also bring your own boat or hire one and keep it at the jetty during your stay.

This house is designed for entertaining or idyllic peace. Many areas like rooms, kitchen, lounge, bar and formal dinning area overlook the water making this property an absolute waterfront living. Fully furnished and well-equipped with appliances and utensils

It is the perfect place for families, couples and friends to relax, have fun and enjoy quality time together. The grand canal frontage ensures there is ample of room for everyone to cast their fishing lines and drop their crabs nets. (Fishing and Crabbing gear provided ☺)

We also understand being parents ourselves that it is imperative to keep the kids amused which in turn makes for an even more enjoyable and memorable holiday. Hence we have ensured there is enough for the kids to do without getting bored. The house and location allows you to decide whether your stay is action packed or totally relaxed or a bit of both.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Gerry (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
