Welcome to the romantic B&B "Solstizio d’Estate", where you can spend your holidays on our beautiful Lake Garda, in serenity, joy, friendship and relaxation.

For our guest friends we have 3 beautiful doublerooms all with private bathroom, each particular, each with its own color and style; bright windows that open the view and access to the beautiful green garden, air conditioning and heating, sat-TV, hairdryer, common sun terrace with barbecue area, porch with kitchen and stove, beautiful view of the ancient olive grove and covered parking space in the underground garage.

For families we have 3 apartments with kitchen, porch or balcony.

Start your holiday-days well with our rich breakfast that offers typical dishes and drinks, products with local ingredients, homemade cakes and bread, local jams, cold cuts from our farmer friend and fruit and vegetable juices from our garden. Sweet and salt.

Summer Solstice was obtained from the renovation of an old farmhouse dating back to 1960 and belonging to a local family, which already in the 1980s rented some rooms of the house to tourists.

Our dream: to revive this beautiful estate, immersed in the green countryside of San Felice del Benaco, but at the same time just a few meters from the beautiful Gardiola beach, the town center and the famous and centuries-old Santuario del Carmine.

The house has been completely rebuilt in wood, maintaining the typical style of the houses of that time; the result was perfect: a totally eco-friendly farmhouse, equipped with all the modern technologies, but with the ancient flavor of our families, as we like it.

Sleeping in our rooms will be a new and different experience for you: surrounded by the ideal temperature in every season, the view that is lost between the green of the lawn and the blue of the lake, the chirping of birds, the rustling of the trees, the the chirping of crickets on hot summer nights, the magical twinkling of small fireflies in the olive grove, during the night of June 21st: summer solstice, hence the name ... and then the succession of seasons and the ringing of bells of the Santuario del Carmine in celebration.

Let your holiday here amaze you, spoil you, paint you with enchanted colors, sounds and sensations, new and different every day, sometimes fun, sometimes romantic, other times more intimate ... you will not be able to take away a piece of our lake, but he will always remain within you.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
