Baywatch Tower, Malate is located very near the ocean with shopping malls and restaurants within walking distance. US embassy is also close by. We are the center of the Manila Bay skyline, quick walk to the Yacht Club. Manila city has recently renovated the bay walk area in front of Baywatch with landscaping and is popular for walking and running, especially in early morning. Sometimes you may see dragon boat races from your balcony.

There are jeeps and taxis constantly passing by at the entrance of the building, getting transport options anytime 24 hours should not be a problem although Manila traffic can sometimes be hectic. Typical transport from the airport to Baywatch should take about 20 minutes but could be more on rainy days when traffic seems to increase a lot in the Manila area.

Going to the malls, the quickest way is to hop into the back of one of the jeepneys passing by. It costs only 8 pesos per ride and takes maybe 5 minutes to get to a mall in each direction, my personal favorite is the Robinsons Mall which is very close by, its big and modern with lots of eating choices, many cinemas with recent movies in English.

Regarding the persons with reduced mobility, the building is fully accessible to people in wheelchair, but, having already encountered the issue with one of my tenant, be aware that the entrance to the bathroom has 58 centimeters wide only.

For added convenience, there is a 7-Eleven (24-hour convenience store) near Baywatch Tower.

*Monthly rates are much lower than the daily rates and therefore do not include the bills for electric and water consumption.

I am French and live at Baywatch Tower for 10 years and you may contact us anytime during your stay.

Great place! Very Nice, clean and good apartment. Beautiful view from the balcony aswell. There is a nice pool, gym, sauna and a laundry in the building aswell. Big recomend!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Pascal (the owner) a message.

If Pascal (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
