LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. This is absolutely THE spot where you want to be! A mere cartwheel to the BEST attractions in Manila! Our apartment is fresh & clean with a balcony overlooking 6 amazing resort style pools - defining Comfort & Convenience at a reasonable price.

The Space

The layout of the apartment is ideal for a single person, a couple, a group of 3 friends or a small family of 3 or 4 (with 2 adults and 1 or 2 kids under 12). It is a comfortable abode carefully planned out to give you maximum space. The apartment faces the pool area, which means that you can lounge by the balcony and simply relax.

Enjoy resort-style living in our apartment, complete with the following amenities:

- Jogging trail, landscaped gardens and a playground for kids.

- A collection of books, including books about the Philippines and Manila

- Double sized bed with memory foam pillow-top mattress and outfitted with hotel-style 100% fine cotton linen ( size 48"x75")

- A comfy sofa which converts into a double bed in just 1 easy step (size 52"x72" as a bed)

- A fully-equipped kitchen complete with refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster oven, electric kettle, induction stove, rice cooker, and stocked with various dinnerware, cookware, cutlery, kitchen utensils.

- A breakfast table with upholstered bar stools

- En suite bathroom with rain shower, single-point heater and plush towels

- Ample closet space which also contains a professional hair dryer, steam iron, ironing board, in-room safe, mirror, swimming goggles and a folding laundry basket

Guest Access

Guests have access to the 6 pools FREE of charge and complementary use of swimming goggles. Visitors of registered guests may use the pool for a minimal fee of Php 150 (3 USD).

Guests have Wifi access both inside AND outside the apartment! This is because apart from hooking the apartment on a DSL line, we're also providing you (upon request) with a reloadable pocket wifi which you can carry around throughout your stay. We're also providing you with a cellphone unit (upon request) with a local reloadable sim card.

For every stay of 7 nights, Guests have access to 5 kilos of FREE laundry service, which will be picked up and delivered to the apartment.

Interaction with Guests

There will be little or no interaction with the guests. However, our caretaker will be available for any of your needs. You may contact me via Flipkey or the cellphone unit provided you.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I cancel my booking?

    Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Karen (the owner) a message.

    If Karen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
