It is a big call to say this apartment has the best view on Manly harbour, but it’s true.

Staying waterfront in this amazing apartment you are not just looking at the view – you are living right in it. The scene is ever-changing, with ferries and super yachts passing, fishermen bobbing in the water and the waves lapping gently on the shore.

This quiet apartment is on the ground floor and opens to a wide lawn overlooking the waterfront. With one bedroom and an appealing marble ensuite, it is ideal for a couple but does have an extra king single bed in the lounge for a child or friend.

The open-plan lounge, dining and kitchenette provides ample comfort and a pleasing interior style in natural tones and Asian accents. All the essentials are here such as TV, air-conditioning, WiFi along with spoils such as internet radio, complimentary breakfast provisions and off-street parking.

It is approximately ten minutes’ scenic walk to everything Manly has to offer, including restaurants, markets and shopping. You can get active with surf lessons, roller skate, tennis, golf, fishing and more, although we challenge you to tear yourself away from the incredible views.

Without fault - a perfect location and hostess

Exceeded expectations!

-Great location, very private and peaceful yet only a 15 minute easy walk to Manly beach and shopping. The generous breakfast provisions and complimentary extras were fabulous and certainly enjoyed the large bowl of fresh fruit along with all a really appointed bright and sunny apartment with amazing harbour views. Can't wait to return!

Simply Superb!

-We once lived in the Manly area but alas now reside overseas. It's wonderful that we have now found Melodie's Waterfront pad for our return visits. The location is wonderful, right on the water's edge but far enough out of the hub of Manly allowing you to hear the soft sounds of the ferries passing. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the shower sublime and the walk-in wardrobe meant our suitcases were out of sight and up on a bench for easy access. Laundry facilities were much appreciated along with a fridge stocked with the essentials eg. milk, eggs, bread, butter, cereals and yes, Tim Tams! The colourful fruit bowl on the kitchen bench was demolished over the course of our stay. Melodie is a delight and communications were a breeze. Thank you, Melodie... We'll be back!

Melody on the Sea

-I have visited Manly many times over the years, first as a young Aussie lad and now London is home, the treat is even greater. No longer having a base in Sydney, my dream came true staying on the harbour side. Host Melodie (the owner) was welcoming from the start and had prepared the apartment beyond my expectations. All the essential requirements were there plus more, even a packet of Tim Tams!! Melodie arrived a little later with a fruit tray that looked more like a fruit shop. Aussie fruits, just great. The apartment is so comfortable and just perfectly located. My sister and I had so many choices of long walks either around to the beach front or around the harbour. Access to the city is so easy either on the wonderful Manly Ferry or an interesting drive (better out of peak hour) across Spit bridge then the Sydney Harbour Bridge. The lawn with its lounging lizards and reliable BBQ, provides for the perfect place to rise and shine with a cup of tea or a cleansing beer with steak on the Barbie. While it is a pleasure to write this, please do not book out the apartment for all of summer, I will be back. Thanks Melodie.

Why can't I call Melodie (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Melodie (the owner) a message.

If Melodie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
