From the owner

The house has air conditioning in the bedrooms and the second floor. There are lots of windows, fans and balconies. The house features a great living room and fully equipped kitchen, nice pool, jacuzzi, Internet and computer, Cable TV, three bedrooms, secure parking lot for at least 3 cars, a full-time caretaker and three and a half bathrooms distributed this way:

The first room has a queen size bed and a private bathroom

The second room has one double bed and one twin bed, and private bathroom

The last bedroom has two bunk beds and a shared bathroom.

The location of this house is probably the feature that most people love about it. Because it is really close to the beach (five minutes drive) but still is quiet and since it is off the main street it is so peaceful. Most people don't even feel like leaving the place. The house is located around 1.8 miles (3 k) from Quepos and 2.5 (4 K) miles from Manuel Antonio Beach. The house is located just 0.6 miles (1 k.) from the main road between Manuel Antonio and Quepos. It is located on the top of the hill overlooking the beautiful valley of Pocares Portalon and Playa del Rey. The house is a 2 minutes car drive from stores, restaurants, and other facilities; however, the location is as quiet as it gets in Manuel Antonio.

Manuel Antonio Beaches are considered some of the best beaches in Costa Rica.

Why can't I call Alejandra (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Alejandra (the owner) a message.

If Alejandra (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
