This luxury and private 2-suite apartment is the upper unit of Villa Leonardo. Located right at the edge of the National Park Manuel Antonio. Your stay will include free jungle sounds, wildlife visits and direct access to a gorgeous pool area. Only 5 minutes away from local restaurants, bus station, super markets and an 8 minutes drive from the beaches of Manuel Antonio. The house owner will assist you with tour, transportation and restaurant arrangements to make your stay Super Pura Vida!

The apartment is suitable for a family or two couples. The bedrooms provide one Queen size bed and a private bathroom. Bedroom 2 provides an extra couch for a third person. An extra cot can be arranged.

The kitchen is fully equipped for you to prepare meals which you can enjoy in a gorgeous dining area. Inquire about private chef service for a special occasion or let us know if you like to have breakfast prepared against an extra fee. We also arrange for grocery shopping if you like to have your fridge stocked upon arrival.

The apartment overlooks a gorgeous Swimming Pool Area and the National Park. Many shaded areas on the balcony and at the pool invite to ultimate relaxation underlined by the sound of the surrounding Jungle.

Please know that we a have a friendly dog on the property which does not access your Suite, but you should not have a problem with his presence - she likes to cuddle and say Hi.

The Suite is on the upper half of Villa Leonardo and can be accessed privately. The downstairs unit is occupied by the owner.

I live downstairs and are always available when needed. I assist my guests with general information, tour-, transportation- or restaurant reservations and any question you may have.

Villa Leonardo and your Suite are nestled into the rainforest and provide privacy and a relaxing ambiance away from any traffic noise, but with friendly and helpful neighbours. I am from Germany and speak English, Spanish and German.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Katrin (the owner) a message.

If Katrin (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
