Simple modern design details combine with tradition and comfort, in an informal country atmosphere. Materials such as stone typical of the place and the old terracotta meet modern with large windows that overlook a chestnut, creating an effect of continuity with the magic of the forest.
The structure, perfectly inserted in this unique natural landscape, spread over 200 square meters, it is divided into 3 levels Therefore for its breadth and distribution can easily accommodate large families or more couple of friends at the same time, safeguarding their privacy. It includes: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 fireplaces, 2 living rooms and a large kitchen. Moreover, downstairs the location offers a little studio which can easily accomodate a further couple of friend and consists with a bathroom , a sitting room with fireplace and in addition two sofas beds. Outside, the guests, there are: an elegant swimming pool (80 square meters), a solarium area equipped with sun beds and 2 large porches with barbecue area, respectively in front of the kitchen and the dining room, used for pleasant outdoor dining.
A small playhouse built on a tree will make the holiday memorable for the youngest guests.
The property includes: a horse riding paddock, a large parking area, a laundry room and a small outbuilding.

This position is the ideal location for those who want a relaxing holiday. An oasis of peace, but it is a good starting point to reach many interesting sites, being well connected with Rome, the Eternal City, and Viterbo, the city of Popes, accessible, also by train, 50 minutes by train Manziana.
The hotel is also just minutes from Lake Bracciano, the SPA of the Roman baths of Stigliano and the exclusive Golf Clubs "The Oaks" and "Olgiata".
The Tyrrhenian Sea with its wide sandy beaches, free or equipped, is about 20 Km., As well as the archaeological sites of Cerveteri and Tarquinia.
The Roma Fiumicino airport is only 50 km; Orvieto and Umbria are within 80 Km, Florence and Naples 200 Km.
It is also the ideal place to do excursions, archaeological and natural, ideal for horse riding, walking or biking, ideal for shopping, relaxation and fun. To conclude, the perfect place for a memorable vacation.

The villa offers two indipendent apartments, one of which is available for our guests.. In the second one lives the person responsible for the maintenance of the garden and the pool. He will assist with any problem.
The garden and the pool are for the exclusive use of the guests.
We will always be available and traceable during your stay.
Swimming pool is available April till October.
PLEASE NOTE: During winter 200 Euros per week will be required for central heating. A 10% of the rental fee will be requested for utilities costs.They are not included in the total and have to be paid in cash upon arrival in order to avoid extra commission on line.
