The villa, surrounded by a lush garden of 2,000 square meters, spread over 180 square meters is divided into two apartments on two levels, not communicating with each other.
On the first floor there is a large living room with a stone fireplace of eighth century, study area, dining area, kitchen, one bedroom with wardrobe and fireplace, two bathrooms and sauna. On the second level , a living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms with study area and a bathroom.
The property also includes an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and oven, two terraces, a porch and a gazebo.
Because of its wide distribution the location can easily accommodate large families or groups of friends while safeguarding their privacy.
The prime location of this property allows guests to move easily not only to visit Rome, but also the most beautiful jewels of 'Central Italy: Villa D'Este and Villa Adriana in Tivoli, the medieval city of Viterbo, the Etruria with the archaeological sites of Cerveteri and Tarquinia and the ancient Roman baths of Vicarello and Stigliano, Bracciano Orsini-Odescalchi Castle and the National Air Force Museum of Vigna di Valle.
The mansion is also a strategic starting point for discovering the natural surroundings, being located at the center of a region full of lakes, forests and castles: the lakes of Bracciano, Vico and Bolsena are just a few km away, as well as the Coast Tyrrhenian Sea with its volcanic beaches and the beautiful castles on the shores of the sea, like those of Santa Marinella, Santa Severa and Palo Laziale, not to mention the Macchia Grande di Manziana with its Caldara, rich in sulfur water.
A region in the middle of untouched nature of the woods, ideal for walking routes, bike or horseback.
