For those wishing to drive from the UK it is about eight hours by road from Calais with all but the last 20 km on motorway. Getting around
There is a ski bus stop within 180m of the apartment and the Saix bubble taking you to Samoens 1600 is just a 200m walk. A car is recommended to give you maximum flexibility should you wish to visit the supermarket to pick up provisions or drive to different ski stations such as Morillon, although these are accessible via the ski bus.
