How to get there
Local bus stops in a previous village (Pyrgos) 16 km away, so a car is necessary.
The route from Heraklion passes through three villages of Heraklion prefecture: Archanes-Charakas-Paranimfoi and ends to Treis Ekklisies village. The road is in a very good condition, suitable to be driven comfortably by a small conventional passenger car.
