Recommendations:

1. Please let us know arrival time at the base office, in case you come to the marina after 8 p.m. the boat will be open for you and we will do the check- in procedure next day in the morning.

2. Respect check-in time as notified in your charter contract in order to allow proper maintenance and cleaning of the yacht. In case you want an early check in, please let us know as soon as possible because there is limited numbers of that service per each Saturday.

(we can’t guarantee early check-in if technical difficulties from previous charter occur)

3. Inside the yacht voucher you can find more optional service created for even better vacation with all extras you might need.

4. If there is anything missing on your yacht or something not according to your contract, please make your claims during check-in procedure or immediately when detected on the cruise. Only those complaints will be taken into consideration.
