One can Book a cab and ask to drive till Karu at Neryok Indus View or can simply share a public transport (bus stand Leh-Karu) along with the warmth, generous and welcoming locals for which Ladakh is actually known. Just from your way to Leh-Karu; before the main Karu market one can see a Large sign board (on the right side of the moving direction) of Neryok's Indus View (camp & restaurant).
