How to get there
It is simple to get here as we are on on a scenic well known street downtown. The property is a historic colonial with a green carriage house that boasts 3 beautiful apartments. One parking space per each unit is available in our courtyard. Additional parking is free and quite easy directly in front.

I highly suggest that you navigate downtown Portsmouth on foot to get the best possible experience. Depending on where you are going in downtown, we are a mere 3 minute to 12 minute walk away from the fabulous restaurants, shopping, historic neighborhoods, museums and theatre! Don't bother with the hassle of parking when you can simply walk and enjoy this fantastic city of ours!
