Our team is working locally and can be reached by phone, which number we’ll provide. Before your arrival, we’ll email you the directions to the villa and the details regarding access to the villa. Should you arrive after working hours we’ll leave a key in the small key safe just outside the villa and email you the code in advance. Normally the check-in time is after 14H. Should you arrive early we’ll communicate with you to find the best possible solution. Our emergency number is available for 24 hours. To ensure you enjoy relaxing, stress-free holidays we’ll provide you with the house rules, emergency and taxi services phone numbers. We can organize airport transfer at additional cost and help you with the car rental.
