By train:

In case you reach Salerno by train, you can either take a taxi from outside the train station in case you have heavy luggage, or walk. The apt is only 1 km on foot, along the pedestrianized Corso Vittorio Emanuele.

By rented/private car/taxi:

Arriving by car is bit more challenging because of narrow alleys, but still you can make it with a not-too-large car. Because non-residents CAN NOT park for free in the area, we do NOT advice using the car in the old city-centre: one can easily get fined!

The only parking (private) where you can park is Central Parking in Piazzetta Cerenza, just a few steps down the apt. Please, check rates before leaving your car there.

By plane:

If you land at the airport of Naples, you can catch the AliBus from the airport to the main train station of Naples (Napoli Stazione Centrale) for the price of Euros 5.00 each person. There, you can purchase tickets for the many trains that reach Salerno. Regional trains are the cheapest (Euros 4.90).

In case you have heavy luggage or simply want a bit more comfort, you can come directly to Salerno by taxi. We can advise if you decide so.

Please, before boarding a taxi, make sure they can ACCESS the historical city centre of Salerno. You do not want to be left 500mt away after you have paid this amount!
