Avoid Satnav when you get to Cliffe Road - this has caused problems before, and also avoid coming via Milltown/Cross Cliffe. The easiest route is via Whitfield Avenue, left at the top, and drive 500m. The property is opposite house number 37 Cliffe Road, 20m down a driveway; the entrance gate is on the right. Park outside the Cowshed in the turning circle, or round the side of the cottage if you prefer. The owners live on the same site, next door at Flatt Farm, the old house set sideways on Cliffe Road.
