There are 2 or 3 main options to get from the airport to the apartment:

1) If you have luggage it will probably be easier to take one of the many taxis located immediately outside and to the right of the exit from the airport, the fare should be in the region of euro 25.00.

2) If you have only hand baggage or little luggage consider taking the RENFE Cercanías train from the station airport (Estación de Tren) in the direction of Fungerola to El Pinillo train station and then walk the 0.7 km down to the apartment. Tickets can be purchased from machines, all of which have instructions in English (bottom left screen 'button' to select language) 2a) As there are no taxis at the closest station - El Pinillio - take a train in the direction of Fuengirola (trains in Spain are cheap and run on time every 20 mins) from the Airport Station to either Torremolinos or Benálmadena-Arroyo de la Miel stations and take a taxi from there to the apartment - fare around euro 5 to 7.

3) If hiring a car:Directions from Malaga Airport to Apartamentos en Duquesa de España distance9.7km.

1. Head southeast..

2. Continue straight onto Calle Comandante García M going over 1 roundabout for 1.0km

3. Take the ramp to Torremolinos/N-340/Cádiz and in 400m

4. Merge onto Av. Velázquez/MA-21 and follow MA-21 for 3.7km

5. Continue onto Av. Rafael Gomez Sanchez going over 3 roundabouts for 3.8 km

6. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit going through 1 roundabout for 750m

7. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Av. Carlota Alessandri in 20 meters

8. Pass through pedestrian lights.

9. Immediately turn right (before the Lidl supermarket) uphill for 50 meters
