From Alicante airport you can take either the A7 (AP 7) motorway, or the N332 coast road to the property.

Option 1: A7 (AP 7) Motorway route takes approximately

35 / 40 minutes and is approximately 65km away from our property. It also has toll charges.

Option 2: N332 coast road, shortest / quickest route, takes approximately

30 / 35 minutes and is approximately 42km away from our property.

Option 1:

Follow the signs for Murcia / Cartagena / Torrevieja motorway A7. Note! The airport is undergoing refurbishments. Therefore, the directions / signs may have changed!

When you are on the motorway and after approximately 5km you will see signs for:

Murcia A7 and

Torrevieja / Cartagena AP 7.

It is important that you keep to the right hand side lanes of the motorway and take / follow the signs for Torrevieja / Cartagena AP 7.

Continue on the motorway for approximately 40km signposted for Torrevieja / Cartagena.

Leave the motorway at Junction 745 signposted Torrevieja Norte. You need to filter right and go back over the motorway. Once over the motorway you will approach a roundabout, take the turning signposted Torrevieja onto the CV905 road. Continue on this (dual-carriageway) road for approximately 9km.

Keep a look out for a McDonald’s restaurant on your left hand side. You need to turn right (1st turning) at the roundabout situated next to the McDonald’s restaurant, signposted Torrevieja, Playas De Los Naufragos. You are now only approximately 2km from our property.

Turn right at the next roundabout, which is only 50m away. Then take the 2nd left turn (just after a phone box). Continue for approximately 100m to the end of this road. (At the end of the road, in the distance to the left hand side, you should see a large, yellow, detached property called “Eden”) Turn left and then after approximately 100m turn sharp right. Go along this road, you will now pass, to your left, the large, yellow detached property and stables “Eden”.

Continue along this road for approximately 200m. You will drive over the cycle / walkway “Yellow Brick Road” and pass one roundabout. At the 2nd roundabout you need to turn right (1st turning) Continue to the end of this road and then turn right. Our property is the 4th property on your right. It is a pink and yellow property, situated on the corner of the small block of properties, on the ground floor, number 5B.

Option 2:

When leaving the airport follow the signs for El Altet / Torrevieja N332 heading south.

Continue on the N332 for approximately 35km. You will pass through the following towns: Santa Pola, Guardamar and La Mata. You will start to see sign posts for Torrevieja when you reach the town of Guardamar.

You will need to go past the 1st exit for Torrevieja and the exit for Hospital San Jaime. After the exit for Hospital San Jaime you need to continue on for approximately 3km. You need to leave the N332 (after travelling approximately 42Km from the airport) at the following exit signposted:

CV-905, Torrevieja, Centros Comerciales & Pol Industrial.

To leave the N332 you need to first filter right and then continue for approximately 50m you then actually leave the N332 by taking the first right hand exit. You then continue for approximately 50m when you reach the roundabout you take the 2nd exit.

Continue along this road for approximately 100m (Large Habanares shopping complex will be on you right side) and at the next roundabout turn right (1st exit)

Continue straight on for approximately 100m. At the next roundabout turn left (3rd exit) which is signposted Torrevieja, Playas De Los Naufragos (there is a McDonald’s restaurant situated right next to this roundabout). You are now only approximately 2km from our property.
