How to reach us:

By car

· For those taking the A14 (E55) Bologna-Taranto exit Teramo - Giulianova - Mosciano Sant'Angelo. Continue in the direction Notaresco Teramo; at the second roundabout continue towards Notaresco and take the second road on the left. We are about 1.5 km.

· Coming from the SS 80, both in the direction towards which Teramo Giulianova, Teramo reach the slip road to the roundabout follow the direction for Notarescoe take the second road on the left.

· Coming from Rome is recommended the A24 motorway. Follow the speedway Teramo Giulianova and go until the end of the exit of Notaresco; keep going in the direction Notaresco and take the second road on the left.

On the train

· Reach the Giulianova station, change train to the station of Mosciano Sant'Angelo (Pescara there are direct trains to Teramo, in which case go directly down to Mosciano Sant'Angelo no change). From the station the farm is 2 km.

By plane

· The Abruzzo airport is about 50 km from Tenuta Santa Maria and is served by several domestic and international flights. The Ancona-Falconara airport is about 160 km and is served with national flights from Rome and Milan.

· From the Airport of Abruzzo Pescara reach the railway station and reach Mosciano Sant'Angelo by train or by bus.

· From Ancona Falconara reach the Ancona railway station and get off at Giulianova station. As an alternative to the train are buses.
