The B & B Varco is located in the town of Loro Piceno, a town gate. To achieve this there are two possibilities: If you have to use the highway A14 exit at Civitanova Marche - Macerata and take the highway towards Macerata - Foligno. At the exit of Macerata west follow the signs to the Abbey of Fiastra, Sarnano. Once Abbey always follow signs for Sarnano, to pass the fraction Majesty and reached the fraction Convent turn left to Loro Piceno. After two kilometers you will meet the sign of the B & B Varco: turn left and continue for another kilometer and a half following the signs and you're there.
