How to get there
Casa Estrela is at the top end of Bordeira village, north of Estoi. You will definitely need a car, as the villa is some 600m from the main road - half of this is a fairly level unmade local authority road passing Casa Nomanico - and half is a calçada driveway that winds its way onwards up the hillside. The nearest shop is a five minute drive away.
