The airport at carcassonne is about 20minutes by car,but it is easy enough to get there with public transport. If you decide to do this just take the airport bus (€5)pp to the stop called La Dome (ask the bus driver ), then cross the square and you will see the bus stop J.Jaures ,it's the terminus, take the no 10 to trèbes. You will get off the bus at Gaston bonheur right beside the supermarket. Walk up the hill at the supermarket and take the first right and then immediately left onto Avenue D'Helsa and the villa is situated on the left 3rd house. Also your bus ticket from the airport will be valid for the bus to Trebes. Good luck
