The access to Braemore is by means of a narrow lane on the North side of Tay Street, some two hundred metres after passing underneath the Tay Road Bridge. The entrance to the lane is between two mature copper beech trees immediately after the signs to the Riverview Lodge Care Home. Turn right halfway down the lane. Braemore is the second house.

There is safe and secure off-street parking adjacent to the house which is 80 metres down a private lane from Tay Street.
