How to get there
Uscire al casello Valdarno dall’autostrada A1 Firenze – Roma e seguire le indicazioni per Loro Ciuffenna.
Passare il paese di Loro Ciuffenna e proseguire per Arezzo.
A 2 km dal paese sulla destra, dopo una costruzione imponente, notare il Cartello con l’indicazione del Molino.
Svoltare in Via Colombaio e prendere la prima strada a destra , via Gualchiere , fino in fondo.

Directions from the Autostrada del Sole (A1 - Firenze/Roma). Exit the autostrada at the Valdarno exit (approx. 40km south of Firenze Sud off ramp). Follow signs to the village of Loro Ciuffenna (approx. 8km.)From Loro Ciuffenna, follow direction Arezzo (for approx. 2km) until you reach a large Villa by the name of Colombaio on your right turn immediately right
Vafter the villa ( Via Colombaio ) following the sign for Molino le Gualchiere along the dirt road for approx. 300m . Turn right in Via Gualchiere and follow the farm tract to the very end .

Getting around
This is a lovely medieval village with an amazing view on the river Ciuffenna. Here you will not find souvenirs for tourists but traditional family run shops, a colourful weekly market, traditional Italian coffee shops, ice-cream shops and a selection of very good restaurants ( 2 of them recommended by Michelin Guide), “osterie” ( one of them recommended by Slow Food Guide) and “pizzerie”, of course. Definitely a little town where you can breath an old times Tuscan atmosphere. Loro Ciuffenna could be a great starting point for a variety of excursions and activities .
