Travelling south on the A38 from Exeter, turn off at the junction to the A384 signposted to Buckfastleigh. Turn right, and pass over the dual-carriageway until you reach a mini roundabout. Turn right at the roundabout onto Buckfast Road.
Continue until you reach another mini roundabout. Turn left and head up the hill past the entrance to Buckfast Abbey carpark. Follow the road on up the hill and straight over the crossroads at the of crest of the hill and head down towards the town.
After passing the first few houses on your right, turn right into Church Street. Continue past The Sun Inn on your left and as road gently starts to rise it becomes Market Street. A little further on, just beyond the narrowest point in the street you will see a large grey gate on your left. This is approximately 25 meters before the road veers to the left. You may pull up by the gateway to unload. Open the grey gate and walk down to the very end. Peek round the corner to the left and you will see the entrance to The Old Stables. As you look at the front door, the key box is to your left.
