From Tarbert ferry:
upon leaving the ferry, follow the road round back into Tarbert main high street, past AD Monroe store on your left hand side. Continue for approximately 1.5km on road to Scalpay until you see sign for Urgha, on right hand side is an orange sign for Mol Ban, turn right and follow track for 200m down to the bottom of the hill where you will see the house and the car park/garage.
