Nice Airport (an international airport). (approx 75 kms) then autoroute A8 to Ventimiglia. Drive through Ventimiglia on the main road, on exiting Ventimiglia there is a roundabout (just after passing over the railway bridge). At the roundabout turn left toward Camporosso/Dolceaqua and stay on this road for (approx 7-8Kms).

Ventimiglia train station (approx 10 kms) Follow the same directions as above. Taxis from the train station (not consistently available) to Dolceaqua cost around € 20.

Please note on Friday there is the Ventimiglia market and to avoid the inevitable and substantial traffic jams it is better to stay on the Autoroute until the next exit for Bordighera, head towards towards the sea and turn right into the main street, parallel to the sea, and head towards Ventimiglia. You will pass through Vallecrosia and Camporosso (which merge seamlessly into each other) and reach the Ventimiglia roundabout mentioned above, but from the opposite direction. At the roundabout turn right toward Camporosso/Dolceaqua and stay on this road for (approx 7-8Kms).
