Getting around
A gate at the bottom of the garden leads to The Coastal Path and it is a short walk to St Ives in one direction and Porthreptor Cove/ Carbis Bay in the other direction. Take the the train from St Ives or Carbis Bay to Lelant and Penzance and enjoy one of the most picturesque train journeys in Britain. In the summer take the open top bus from the Malakoff to Zennor and visit the church and the mermaid and then walk back along the coastal path to St Ives. Use the car to visit some of the amazing National Trust gardens.
