Coming via the SS1 from north or south you take the exit DONORATICO, then you follow the indications for Castagneto Carducci until, at the feet of the hill, a bifurcation to the right with indication Grosseto/Roma. There you turn right, follow the street for two curves at nearly 90°, first to the right then to the left, and go ahead until a yellow little house/wall on the left . You enter directly after that wall on the left, VIA DEL ROTONE, and follow the little street for ca. 1 km. There are little indications on some trees "Casa al Molino". You will see at the left Castagneto on the hill and below a rose and a yellow house. We are the yellow one...you are welcome!
