The department Aude (11) is easy to reach by motorway (the A9 or the A61), by TGV train to Narbonne or by aeroplane. Carcassonne (20 min.) and Girona (2hrs. away in Spain) airports are serviced daily by low-cost airlines from many large cities in Europe. Other airports in the area are Toulouse (1 hr 30min), Montpellier ( 1 hr. 30 min.) and Perpignan ( 50 min.)
By car you can reach Coustouge from Lyon- Nimes - Montpellier via the A9 and the A61 by taking exit 25 "Lezignan-Corbières". There you take the D611 left, direction Fabrezan. You stay on the D611 through Fabrezan passing the wine house "les Palais" until you reach a T crossing. Here you turn left and after about. 800 m. you take a right on the D106 to Coustouge. You find "Les Vignes" in the last bend of the D106 just before entering the village.
Coming from Girona and Perpignan, you leave the A9 at exit 39, direction Portel. Then you take the D 611 passing through Thézan-des-Corbières in the direction of st-Laurent-de-la-Cabrerisse and turn left on the D 106 to Coustouge.
