Getting around
Ideally, guests will have a car in order to make travelling easier. There is a train station in Neath and Swansea but the bus runs only once daily to Neath from Cwmtwrch and so a taxi would most likely be necessary. Most of the places to visit are a mere a 15 minute drive away. If people want to walk, there are local walks but the best views and experiences, i.e. for waterfalls, rocks, etc. are a further distance away and so require a vehicle. Motorbiking is great in South Wales as lots of the roads covering the Black Mountains and Brecon are unhindered by traffic lights etc. For eating locally, The Crown Inn is 500 yards from Capel Cartref
