How to get there
Drive down Lyndhurst High Street, past the Maserati garage, Willow Tree Cafe and a white cottage to your left called Forest Cottage, immediately after Forest Cottage turn left down a private gravelled drive signed Holmfield.
the Bothy is then the second cottage to your right.

Getting around
A car is an advantage, although not a necessity as a regular bus service runs from the high street, to Southampton, Brockenhurst & Lymington. A wonderful open top tour bus, or rather three operate from Lyndhurst, Lymington, Brockenhurst and Burley during the summer months, enabling car free days.
