It takes about 45 minutes drive from Reykjavik to be at Brekka, and only 1,5 hours directly from The KEF airport. On the way you have plenty of grocery stores to make the buying in for your stay at Brekka. Reg. renting a car, a normal passenger car is suitable for the summer (15% discount for our guests by Hertz), but you should rent a 4WD car for the winter. If you need a real 4x4 vehicle, our guests get 15% discount by Isak ltd. When you have booked Brekka we'll mail you further info for the way and the stay.
