By Road:-
The property is located off the A165 Filey to Bridlington Road.
Once you have reached the entrance of The Bay, holiday village, continue through the gates, past reception on your left, heading towards the roundabout. At the roundabout take your second exit and the property is situated along the road on the left hand side. Parking is to the rear of the property.

By Rail the nearest railway station is Filey which is approximately 3 miles away, there are taxis available or the bus to Bridlington stops outside the entrance to the holiday village.
