How to get there
Valencia airport is 40 minutes drive and Alicante airport is only an hour and 20 minutes away. Both are serviced by a variety of budget airlines including Easyjet and Ryanair. Car hire is available at both airports.

Getting around
A couple of extra places to visit: The map below is not of the best quality but there are loads on the table in the living room as well as leaflets and extra info on things to do in the area. This one simply shows you the locations of some nice places to visit: Anna (Albufera) : Has a lovely big lake with rowing boats that you can higher and a picnic area. Also here is the "Gorgos fuente negro" also called "Gorgos de la escala" this is very pretty and has fresh water swimming. Anna is about a 25 minute drive. Quesa: is another 30mins from Anna and is known as "Charos de Quesa" meaning puddles of water. Here there are nature walks and waterfalls. Taverenes Beach is really nice and usually fairly quiet and it's only 40mins away.
