Getting around
Carbis Bay station is just a short walk, its a 3 min train journey to St Ives on the St Ives Bay branch line which connects to the main line at St Erth & also links to the rest of the UK. Good bus routes & coach travel. A popular holiday destination, just a mile and a half from the historic fishing village of St Ives, with its maze of cobbled streets and un-spoilt working harbour. It’s just a 3 minute train journey to St Ives on the very scenic St Erth to St Ives branch line, or a twenty minute or so walk along the South West Coastal Path which has breathtaking views With great rail & bus links, cars are nice but not essential and you can certainly get around without the need for a car
