Fly - Geneva is the closest airport, just 90 km from St Gervais. It is a well served international airport and can be reached direct form most UK airports. EasyJet fly from Stansted and if you book your flights in advance you can get exceptional deals. Transfers by car hire are fast and easy way to get to St Gervais otherwise there are a number of transfer options listed below.Airport Transfer - The SAT bus service runs regular links between Geneva and St Gervais. It costs approximately €30 per person per single trip and takes 2 hrs. There are also many private transfer firms offering taxis and shared minibuses.Train - Think fast, reliable and comfortable. Trains in Europe are a great way to travel and if booked in advance are competitive in price. The high speed TGV train links in the direct from Paris.Drive - We personally like to drive out and if you go for it in a single run the journey is not too bad. We like to get a late ferry and drive through the night, arriving in St Gervais in time for fresh croissants.

Getting around
• The winter ski bus also runs in the summer as a free shuttle around St Gervais Les Bains. • For access to the gondola and skiing the best bus stop to get on at is the ‘Maison Saint Gervais’, a short 2 minute walk from the apartment. On your return journey catch the bus to the same location. • Local SAT bus service runs throughout the area. The buses in St Gervais run to Megeve, Les Contemines, Le Fayet and Sallanches. You can change to access the remainder of the area. The SAT also offers excursions for individuals and groups.
