Most people drive and we do have parking for several cars as well as room fro a boat trailer. We are 1/2 mile from the very sweet town Alden. The closest airport is Cherry Capital Airport in Traverse City.

Getting around
Given the beauty of the lake and our property, many guests choose to spend their entire vacation at our home. If you want to explore the area, go out to restaurants, or seek adventures further afield, you'll definitely need a car. Biking is of course always an option for athletes; and on the water, of course there's always boating, sailing, or kayaking! ;-)
