How to get there
We are well served by airports: Bordeaux, Limoges, La Rochelle and Poitiers are all about one and a half hours’ drive. Angouleme Station (TGV) is about 35 minutes drive to the east. All the airports have car hire facilities, as does Angouleme Station. Calais is about eight hours’ drive. The other Channel ports are about six hours by car..

Getting around
We are situated 2.5km from Segonzac which has all the amenities you would expect to find in a small town. However in rural France there is little in the way of public transport. A car is essential but there is easy parking at the SNCF station at Jarnac, about 15 minutes drive. Jarnac links to Cognac, Saintes or La Rochelle. A slightly longer drive will take you to Jonzac which links to Bordeaux.
