How to get there
On leaving Malaga airport follow the Motorway A7 s to Algeciras. Exit the 217 Benalmadena/Mijas, head towards Benalmadena. Straight ahead at the roundabout pass the Reserva del Higueron. Straight across the next roundabout leaving the Buddhist Temple on your right. The village is under 1 Km away. Follow the road to the right before the traffic lights down hill for about 2 kms. It is the first Villa on the right pass the bridge.

Getting around
Although a car is not absolutely necessary, it is handy for food shopping although there is the option of deliveries. Taxis are quick and easy and are relatively inexpensive if you wish to travel anywhere for instance the Pueblo, Benalmadena Costa, or Benalmadena Port which is called Puerto Marinas, Fuengirola, Torremolinos, La Carihuela and Mijas. There is a train station about a 20 min walk or a very short taxi ride away which gives you the option to travel from Malaga Centre to Fuengirola. In Fuengirola there is a bus station that can get you to Marbella too. Malaga city is full in culture, great shops, see the Alcazaba and eat at El Pimpil, or go to the wonderful port which is busy and full of life. You won't be disappointed.
