How to get there

Coming from the M5 direction:Come off at junction 25 on the M5; precede though Taunton heading for Minehead. Eventually you will pick up the A358 for Minehead. Proceed along this road until you come to a junction on your left sign posted for Raleghs Cross, Wheddon Cross and Exford. Turn left here under the railway bridge. Stay on this road (B3224) eventually passing by Raleghs Cross inn on your left. Turn right about half a mile pass the inn signposted for Wheddon Cross. At Wheddon Cross, cross over the cross roads, heading for Exford. Turning left after the bridge at Exford (sign posted Withypool). At the very top of this road you want to turn left at the cross roads (Chibbet Post) Proceed along this road for a mile and then turn right at Comers Cross sign posted for Withypool. Proceed down this road passing by the Royal Oak on your right. Just 200 yards on your right is the Village Shop, opposite is Withypool Tea Rooms, and directly in front of you is Withypool Bridge and Bridge Cottage is found on the right hand side.Coming From the West Country:-From Barnstaple follow signs for South Molton and Tiverton on the A361. Proceed over the roundabout with the little chef on your right, and after about 3/4 of a mile you will find a turning on your left signposted for North Molton. Turn left here. Stay on this road passing though North Molton and after around 6 miles you will come into Withypool. Turn left at the T junction, proceed over Withypool Bridge. While on the Bridge you will see Bridge Cottage on your left, The Village shop directly in front of you and Withypool Tea Rooms on your right.
