How to get there
Follow signs to M5 Exeter, Devon and join the Devon Expressway A38 to Plymouth. At the top of the hill, Exeter Race Course on the left - 13minutes to go. Go past Chudleigh on the left and the 2 slip roads. Take the exit for Newton Abbot and Bovey Tracey onto Drum Bridges roundabout. Right on the roundabout for Bovey Tracey, right at the traffic lights into Battle Road. Go past the shops on the right.Top of road turn left then next right. Down the hill and take left onto drive by the white house. Park on the drive in front of the house.

Getting around
The best way to move around this area is by car however, there is a regular bus route within 1/2 mile of the house which can take you to Exeter or Newton Abbot and beyond. The cycle path provides easy walking/cycling access to Bovey Tracey/Lustleigh towards the Moors or Newton Abbot and the River Teign. Access to the Moors and the seaside are all within easy driving distance/time through beautiful countryside.
