Take Trans Canada to Cape Breton Causeway, At the Rotary look for small sign indicating a left turn to Route 19 “ Ceilidh Trail” you will see a sign for Cheticamp. At this rotary there are two ways to go but the coastal route (19) is best. Drive approx. 1 hour and pass through Inverness. After 2-3 miles take left onto Rt. 219 (sign to Cheticamp at St. Margaret’s Parish Hall on corner) to "Cabot Trail". At the end of the road, take a sharp left onto Cabot Trail and go over bridge. This is Margaree Harbor. You're now about 20 minutes to Grand Etang.
