How to get there
We are 1 hr drive south of Bakersfield, 1.5 hr drive north of Los Angeles, and 2 hr drive east of Santa Barbara or Santa Maria. Most people arrive via I-5 aka the Grapevine - exit Frazier Mountain Road, then drive 20 minutes west into the pine tree forest via windy road that can be icy in winter. Must carry/use chains if weather or CHP deems it.
